Their names are Vic, Paul, Anthony, Mathieu. They're all under 30 and passionate about old Trails and vintage outfits.
They're steeped in it, some since childhood, others through family tradition. Motorcycles are their thing, especially trail bikes: 500XTs, Montessas, early BMW GS series, 600XTs, or Bultacos. Why? For the style, for the look, or because they hate plastic.
When they ride, it's "roundabouts head-on," median strips or speed bumps in cross mode... on the back wheel. The city is a playground; they use motorcycles like skateboards!
As for clothes, it's the same: casual and vintage! They immediately joined Gentlemen's Factory, and we did too. So we ride together and take the opportunity to shoot pictures at their spots. Sometimes we give them clothes to play with, which allows us to get some photos in return. French moleskin mechanic jackets or garage moleskin jackets over raw denim jeans, Chippewa boots for riding in the mud with vintage Barbour jackets. Gentlemen's Factory t-shirts so worn they still serve as rags to clean their bikes. Vintage cross outfits for the Enduropale du Touquet, Bell Moto 3 helmets for the city and fields... almost the entire brand's wardrobe has been used! It's not uncommon to find jackets or sweatshirts rolled up in a ball in the back of the blond guy's Land Rover in the photos.
I have affection for these young lads, these well-dressed cool guys... and having a beer with them is always a treat and an adventure.
