Article 1: Products

1.1. Product availability

The products offered for sale on www.store-garagefrancais.com are, under an agreement with the manufacturer, supplier, and printer, for limited series sales. They are subject to prior stock reservation. Our offers are therefore valid while stocks last, subject to availability from our suppliers. The unavailability of a product is indicated by the mention "out of stock". In the event of total or partial unavailability of products following an order, the Buyer will be notified by email of the partial delivery of their order or the cancellation of their order. A refund will be made to their payment method within 30 days, in accordance with article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code.

1.2. Product conformity

The Products offered by the Seller comply with current French legislation and with the standards applicable in France and Europe. The textual and photographic information, accessible on the product sheets, is provided by ourselves and by the supplier. This information is provided for the purpose of the most faithful possible representation within the limits of the capabilities offered by digital technology. In the event of a clear non-conformity of the delivered product, the Buyer may return the product to the Seller and request a refund within 30 days, in accordance with article L 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code. To facilitate the processing of the return of the non-conforming or defective product, the Buyer is invited to notify the Seller via a return form accessible on the www.store-garagefrancais.com website.

1.3. Product prices

Prices are displayed in Euros, all taxes included, excluding preparation and delivery costs, the amount of which, indicated separately during order validation, is billed in addition. For logistical reasons, prices are only valid, for now, for orders in Metropolitan France.

Article 2: Ordering

2.1. Terms

Items simply added to your cart are not reserved. They are only reserved upon payment of your order. By validating their order, the Buyer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of our site.

2.2. Payment

The buyer must select a payment method from those offered to complete their order. By clicking on "I pay", the Buyer accepts the current general terms and conditions of sale of the www.store-garagefrancais.com website. The transaction is carried out on our banking partner's secure standard SSL payment site with 3D SECURE verification. A debit request will be sent to the Buyer's bank within 72 hours.

Article 3: Delivery

3.1. Delivery location and time

The products ordered by the Buyer are delivered within the announced timeframe during the placement of their order, to the address indicated by the customer.

3.2. Delivery methods

www.store-garagefrancais.com offers its Buyers home delivery to facilitate the reception of their orders. Details are presented during the order placement.

3.3. Non-conforming delivery

It is the Buyer's duty to check the condition and conformity of the package with the delivery person upon receipt. The Buyer must indicate any anomaly on the delivery note by making reservations and confirming them by registered letter to the carrier within 3 days.

3.4. Delay or absence of delivery

The Seller cannot be held responsible for a delay or absence of delivery due to a case of force majeure.

Article 4: Right of withdrawal and refund

4.1. Scope

The Buyer has a legal right of withdrawal of 7 clear days from the day of receipt of their order, in accordance with article L120-20-1 of the Consumer Code. In accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the products have been worn.

4.2. Return procedures

This right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: The product must not have been used for more than a few minutes, must be in perfect resalable condition (undamaged, unsoiled), in its original packaging including labels and instructions, and accompanied by any accessories. The Buyer must first notify the Seller, by completing the return form available on the page of the order concerned, accessible from the My Account > My Orders section, within the prescribed period. The Buyer must allow precise identification of their identity and order number by inserting a copy of their invoice or return slip in their return package. 4.3. Refund procedures

Upon reintegration of the returned products into stock, the Seller will refund the Buyer the total amount of the returned items, within a maximum of 30 days, by re-crediting the payment method used: bank card, Visa card, Mastercard. A refund confirmation email will be sent to the Buyer. Interbank delays may cause a few days' variation in the actual re-crediting of your bank account.

Article 5: Personal data protection

The data collected by the site, as part of newsletter registration and/or partner offers and as part of order fulfillment, is processed in compliance with the personal data protection principles defined by current legislation. Personal data such as name, first name, address, email, and telephone are transmitted to our logistics providers and carriers to ensure proper delivery of orders. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Liberté), you have the right to access, rectify, and object to data concerning you by contacting our customer service using the contact form.

Article 6: Applicable law – dispute resolution

This contract is subject to French law. Any dispute arising from this contract or its execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
