We all have a story, a film in our heads that inexorably pushes our legs to travel the world, don't you?
Unless books keep you from staying still, whether you're a fan of Sylvain Tesson, Jules Vallès, Maylis de Kerangal, Jack London, Herman Melville, Jean-Christophe Rufin, Bernard Werber, Daphné du Maurier, Jules Verne, Robert Louis Stevenson, Louis Chadourne, Pierre Benoit, Daniel Pennac, Laurent Gaudé, Roger Frison-Roche, Théodore Monod, Rudyard Kipling… and many more!
Some want to identify with heroes, Brando or McQueen, Mike Horn or Ueli Steck, Indiana Jones or Lawrence of Arabia, each to their own, each to their own cause, each to their own hero.
Why does man always want to climb the mountain?
For the beauty of the gesture, to spice up his life, to "pick up" girls in bistros?
Unless for you, the fear of death, the fear of boredom is the engine of an unconscious need for a quest for life through action… The temptation of elsewhere!
You who read these lines, comfortably seated, drink on the left, remote control on the right… There is in this daily life that forms a shell over your desires and dreams, alienating you from life… An unbearable thing, this article is dedicated to you.
I, who write these lines, headphones on and a good family man, I am like you an immobile adventurer but I am lucky enough to own 3 things: a camera, a motorcycle and a clothing brand.
What if these three things were ultimately nothing more than travel machines… That's what I believe and you who read our adventures know what I'm talking about. A camera forces you to talk to the world, a motorcycle to travel it, and a clothing brand is a pretext for telling stories.
The images illustrating this article are an incoherent mix of our motorcycle trips on this exciting planet. A globe shaped by the poetic big bang and human fantasy, crossed by roads, paths, furrows to become a playground for acrobats on 2 wheels… Follow us, for heaven's sake! The motorcycle is still the last engine of freedom, the last unreasonable vehicle in a world where nothing is allowed, where the need for security is stronger than anything, we are entitled to ask the question…
Why is the motorcycle still allowed?
Fuck friends, the last adventurers have an A license!
